At Vvenace, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible furniture and decor items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for large furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
